Cox Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. peeled chopped ripe tomatoes
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
salt
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 or more hot peppers
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Cook all of this about 20 to 30 minutes on a low heat; after it boils, mix in 1 or 2 teaspoons cornstarch in a little water and stir into boiling sauce. Cook until it thickens. Measurements are approximate; adjust to your own taste.
