Open-Faced Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 can chili without beans
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. rice
    1 bag tortilla chips (taco flavor)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add the can of chili.
    Mix together the Cheddar cheese soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Heat beef mixture and soup mixture.
    On the serving plate, place chips on the bottom. Next, place meat mixture, then cooked rice and top with soup mixture.
