Enchiladas(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    1 onion, diced
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onions; drain.
    Add soup and enchilada sauce; simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Use a pat of butter and quick-fry shells.
    Line 11 x 13-inch pan by filling shells with mixture, then sprinkle some cheese on top; roll.
    Repeat until all shells are used.
    Pour remaining mixture over top, covering shells.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
