Cottage Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) container creamed, small curd cottage cheese
    6 eggs, separate and beat the whites
    1 c. sugar
    3 to 4 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Mix all the rest of the ingredients together in electric mixer.
    Butter and flour a spring-form pan.
    Fold in egg whites and pour into pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (first 10 minutes at 400\u00b0).
    Cool in oven. Refrigerate.
