Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 lb. round steak
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. Sauterne
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 pt. sour cream
    pasta
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter until tender. Dredge meat in flour and lightly fry in separate pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place meat in pan with onion, garlic and mushrooms.
    Simmer for about 45 minutes.
    Uncover and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
    Add sour cream and mix well.
    Serve over pasta.
