French-Apple-Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. peeled and chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix well-beaten eggs, oil, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and flour with a mixer; mix well.
    Then add vanilla; mix well.
    Mix in apple and nuts last with spoon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan or in Bundt pan for 45 to 60 minutes until tester comes clean.
