Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew beef
1 small pkg. short beef ribs
1 pkg. frozen vegetables (for soup)
2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook stew beef and short ribs slowly for 1 hour. Add frozen vegetables. Continue cooking, slowly, for approximately 30 minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce and other seasonings to taste. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
