Hot Fudge Sundae Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; add milk, oil and vanilla.
    Mix well until batter is smooth.
    Blend in nuts.
    Spread batter into a greased, floured 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle one cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa over batter.
    Pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over that.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Brownie-like cake comes to the top with a chocolate pudding on the bottom.
    Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
