1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1/2 c. lukewarm milk, scalded and then cooled
2/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour

If using self-rising flour, omit salt.
