Christmas Nut And Date Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 large pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1 lb. pkg. graham crackers
    1 large pkg. pitted dates, chopped
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine cream and marshmallows in large bowl.
    Let set 1 hour; stir occasionally.
    Crush graham crackers; divide in half.
    At the end of 1 hour, add chopped dates, nuts and 1/2 graham cracker mix to marshmallow cream mix.
    Stir well.
    Make into a roll.
    Put 1/2 graham cracker crumbs on large sheet waxed paper.
    Roll date mixture into crumbs; wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
    Chill several days.
    Slice thin to serve.
