Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine the ingredients in the order in which they are listed.
Mix the ingredients well with a spoon. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting it.
Frost with a cream cheese frosting.
