Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash, well drained
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 carrot, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper together.
    Drain well. Melt oleo; mix with dressing mix.
    Put half of dressing mix on bottom of baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Pour over dressing mix.
    Sprinkle with remaining dressing mix.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
