Creamy Tuna-Macaroni Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni twists or bow ties
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk (can use 1/2%)
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (9 1/2 oz.) can tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed; drain and return to pan to keep warm.
    In a 2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.
    Add onion; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in flour until blended; cook for 1 minute.
    Gradually stir in milk, bouillon cube, salt and pepper.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Stir in tuna and pimento.
    Heat through.
    Toss with macaroni; garnish with parsley, if desired.
