Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated lukewarm
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg (unbeaten)
2 to 2 1/4 c. flour (whole wheat optional)
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine cottage cheese, honey, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, baking soda, egg and softened yeast.
Add enough flour to form a medium dough, beating well after each addition of flour.
