Southern Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    thick pork chops
    slice of onion
    slice of tomato
    slice of green pepper
    Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on
    both
    sides.
    Place
    onion, tomato and pepper on each chop.
    Dump\tMinute\trice
    on
    top
    of each chops and in the middle of the pan.
    Cover with water, just to top of chop.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on thickness of the chops.
    Use
    your\town judgement on amount of rice to use.
