Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quartered, unpeeled red potatoes
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    4 slices bacon, chopped and crisply cooked
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place potatoes in a 10 x 15 x 1-inch baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add potatoes; mix lightly. Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 6 servings.
