Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded cooked pork
8 hamburger or hard rolls, split
Preparation

In a frying pan, melt margarine.
Saute onion and garlic until onion is tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except meat.
Heat until bubbly.
Add meat and return to bubbly hot.
Spoon into heated hamburger rolls and serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
