Jumba-La Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. extra lean ground beef, browned
1 can French onion soup (beef broth)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 chopped onion and green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can water chestnuts
1 (16 oz.) Chinese vegetables
1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Cover part of baking time.
Top with cheese after baked.
Do not drain liquid from vegetables.
The uncooked rice needs the liquid.
A complete meal served with tossed salad.
