2 c. milk
2/3 c. Minute rice
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. thawed Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine milk, rice, sugar, raisins and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
