Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced raw potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
5 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
5 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix all but crumbs and butter together.
Put in a well-greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter.
Bake in a covered dish 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
