Bollos (Round Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Fleischman's Quick Rise Instant Yeast
    2 tsp. Salt
    4 C. Flour
    1\\4 C. Hot Milk
    1 C. Hot Water
    1\\4 C. Margarine
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine salt, 3 cups flour and yeast. Heat margarine and the milk (125-130\u00b0). hot to the touch. Add to dry mixture, then add water. Add egg.
    Knead by hand, adding remaining flour, until dough is no longer sticky.
    Dough must be smooth and like elastic. Cover and let rest for 10 min. Cut dough in half, press each down. Prick with fork 3 times. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. (On top of refrigerator). Place breads on oven racks. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 min.
