Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh berries
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. thickening (flour or cornstarch)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
    3 tsp. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix and
    pour
    into greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Add boiling water to Bisquick and softened
    butter.
    Stir
    vigorously with fork until dough forms ball
    and
    cleans the bowl.
    Pat out between 2 pieces of wax paper,
    dusted
    with
    flour/Bisquick
    to
    fit over top of berries in\tbaking dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Can be topped with whipped cream.
