Peanut Butter Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf bread (day old bread works best)
12 oz. peanut butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Cut crust off bread. Cut bread into strips as wide as your finger. Put into 200\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Put oil and peanut butter in double boiler; warm and mix well. Mix cracker crumbs and sugar together. Dip 1 strip at a time in peanut butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Place on wax paper to dry.
