Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 (7 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix stuffing mix and hot water.
Break sausage in small pieces and add to stuffing mix.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Make into small patties.
Bake in covered pan for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
