Congealed Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 - 6 oz. pkg. peach Jello
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    5 Tbsp. milk
    1 - 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Bring pineapple with juice, water, and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add Jello.
    Chill until partially set.
    In separate bowl, beat cream cheese and gradually add milk.
    Combine Cool Whip with cheese mixture and fold into gelatin mixture. Chill until set.
