Chicken Bits In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    butter
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
    Place flour in a plastic bag and season with the salt and pepper.
    Add chicken pieces a few at a time to coat with seasoned flour.
    Saute chicken in butter and olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
    When all th chicken is cooked, add the can of chicken broth which will thicken to make a sauce.
    Serve with white rice.
