Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. apples, chopped
dash of salt
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs

Preparation

Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
(Put in oblong pan 9 x 13 x 2-inch.)
Note:
Instead of vanilla, can use teaspoon apple pie spice to flavor.
