Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Aunt Jemima cornmeal mix
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. milk
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 egg
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped up
    1 lb. hamburger meat, cooked
    1 can Ro-Tel
    cheese*
Preparation
    Cook and simmer the hamburger meat in the Ro-Tel; drain fat off.
    Combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Pour half of this mixture in the skillet (get it hot on top of stove).
    Pour in the hamburger meat and put some cheese on top of that.
    Pour the rest of the mixture in.
    Cook in the oven until done at 425\u00b0.
