Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables, partially thawed
    1/3 c. chopped onion or 1 tsp. powdered onion
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick Ritz cracker or saltine crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except crackers.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Crumble the crackers and spread over the vegetables.
    Melt some margarine and pour over the crackers. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
