Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. milk or canned milk
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Slightly beat eggs and add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
