Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. soft butter (real butter)
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a bowl, mix all ingredients lightly and quickly.
    Be careful not to overprocess the batter.
    Turn the dough out onto a floured board and mold it into a large, round loaf. Place the loaf in a greased 9-inch round pan and make an \"X\" in the top with a knife.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden. Cool on rack.
