Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 large eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar, salt and soda and add to Raisin Bran cereal in large mixing bowl.
Mix together eggs, oil and buttermilk.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well by hand, just until all ingredients are moistened.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Unused batter may be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
Makes 72.
