Easy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    2 sticks oleo
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Bring to boil 5 minutes; stir once in a while so it won't burn. After boiling 5 minutes, remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon soda (this will foam up).
    Stir well.
    Pour over corn and place on large cookie sheet with sides.
    Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
