Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whole pecans

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add brown sugar and vanilla. Mix until stiff.
Pour egg white mix with pecans.
Place individually on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until they are medium brown in a 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 oven.
