Tender Juicy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. lean roast
    6 large potatoes
    3 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    4 tsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Heat the oil in pan.
    Season meat; add meat to pan.
    Add 1/2 cup of water; let boil for about 1 hour.
    When water is low, turn burner down to medium heat.
    Let meat fry slowly, turning as needed.
    When meat is tender, add onion.
    Let cook for 10 minutes, then mix flour and water, stirring well.
    Add to pot, then add potatoes.
    Let cook until potatoes are done.
