Tomatoes Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onions, diced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    8 firm ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick
Preparation
    Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over sliced tomatoes and allow to marinate at least 2 hours at room temperature.
    Delicious!
