**Yum-Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, lemon juice and sugar.
    Heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Mix gelatine in 1 1/2 cups cold water, let stand 10 minutes.
    Add to pineapple mixture and let jell in refrigerator until thick.
    Add cheese, pimento and Dream Whip and mix well. Let jell completely or overnight.
