Peppers And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 9 green peppers
1 large onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 large cans stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp. oregano or to taste
2 lb. Italian sausage (hot or mild), cut into 2-inch pieces
Preparation

Brown sausage in oven at 350\u00b0 until fat drains off (about 10 minutes on each side).
In frying pan, put oil, peppers and onion and fry until soft. Drain off oil. In 2 or 3-quart saucepan, add all ingredients. Simmer until done, about 3 to 4 hours.
