Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 ready to use crust
Preparation

Mix cream cheese softened sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs, mix until blended.
Pour into ready to use crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
(To check if the cake is ready, stick a fork in it.
If the fork comes out dry, its ready.)
