Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 roll jalapeno cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until done; let cool.
    Peel and slice. Place in baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper and add chopped bell pepper.
    In double boiler, melt cheese, butter, milk and flour over medium heat, stirring until cheese has melted.
    Pour cheese mixture over sliced potatoes making sure to cover all potatoes. Bake combined mixture in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese mixture bubbles.
