Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, diced in small pieces
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and soda and set aside.
    Mix white sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
    In a large bowl cream margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
    Using electric beater at low speed, beat in egg, then dry ingredients, alternating with milk until blended.
    Stir in rhubarb and vanilla.
    Turn into 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured pan.*
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until it tests dry when toothpick is inserted.
