Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    pinch of salt
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 medium Delicious apples, peeled and diced
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
Preparation
    Cook the eggs, sugar, pineapple juice and salt over low heat, stirring until thick.
    Cool.
    May be refrigerated in closed container.
