Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 roll garlic cheese
    1/2 roll jalapeno cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets in water until tender, but not falling
    apart.
    When
    cool
    enough to handle, peel, slice and layer
    in
    a
    buttered
    casserole
    dish
    with
    bell pepper and pimento.
    Salt
    and
    pepper each layer.
    Grate or cube cheese. Melt
    butter
    in saucepan.\tAdd flour and stir.
    Gradually add milk,
    stirring constantly.
    Add cheese and cook until melted. Pour over
    potatoes
    and
    bake
    at\t350\u00b0 about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    (If\tyou like a lot of cheese, use a whole roll of each cheese.)
