Mediterranean Bouillabaisse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (12 oz.) can clam juice
    1 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 lb. medium shrimp (raw), peeled
    1 lb. firm, fresh fish
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1/2 lb. crab legs
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) chopped clams (undrained)
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil.
    Add tomatoes, clam juice, wine, parsley, salt, thyme, bay leaf and pepper and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add shrimp, fish, scallops and crab legs. Cook 5 minutes.
    Add clams and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with salad and garlic bread.
