Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. long grain rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. bell pepper
    3 Tbsp. green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place rice in a 3-quart greased casserole.
    Salt and pepper chicken; place on rice.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over the chicken and raw rice.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
