Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 scant c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. canned pumpkin (1 lb. can)
Preparation
    Sift together first 8 ingredients.
    Add nuts, then oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Then add pumpkin and pour into 3 well-greased 1 pound coffee cans, filling each one half full.
    Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Cool 15 minutes in cans, then remove to wire rack.
    (I use 5 cans about the size of a 10 ounce peanut can.)
