Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    garlic
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt, pepper, basil, oregano and garlic
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    lasagna noodles
    3 c. Mozzarella, shredded
Preparation
    Brown beef with chopped onion and green pepper, garlic and pepper.
    Drain grease.
    Add tomato sauce, paste and Ro-Tel.
    Add sugar, then spices.
    Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    In separate bowl, combine Ricotta with eggs and Parmesan.
    Cook noodles with a little oil.
