Spanish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    3/4 lb. grated cheese
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown beef, then add next 4 ingredients.
    Let simmer over low heat; grate cheese.
    Put a layer of chips in a baking dish. Add casserole mixture, then cheese.
    Continue this procedure and end with casserole mixture and cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
