Skillet Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1 c. raw rice
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet; add rice and brown slightly.
Add onions, peppers and beef.
Stir over high heat until meat is lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and bring quickly to boil.
Cover tightly and simmer 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
