Tzatziki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. strained plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 cucumber, cut in small pieces
    3 to 4 tsp. olive oil
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    dill
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, first the yogurt, the cucumber, then the garlic and the olive oil.
    Cover the bowl and keep refrigerated.
    When you're about to serve, sprinkle with dill.
